As leader you should not withhold anything from your followers. Learn to share your wisdom with others. Selflessness is the key to greatness. Other people like to withhold things from others and are not prone to share with others how they made it. Consequently, they don’t become great in life. However, those who are liberal do become great. The world of the generous gets larger and larger; the world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller. UPGRADE YOUR MIND

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2 When you renew your mind, you upgrade your mind and when you upgrade your mind, you upgrade your life. You can change the way you think and when you change the way you think you change your life. Before you got born again, you had a certain thought-pattern; you held certain views that may not necessarily be correct. However, when you got born again some of those views may not have changed. These views may keep you from making progress in your life. Henceforth, you need to renew your mind and change your thinking. You need a mental upgrade. You need to engage in exercises that deal with the mind. The Word, prayer and reading the right books are some of the exercises that will help you renew or upgrade your mind. People might say negative things concerning your life; nevertheless, God is waiting to hear what you say about yourself. What you say about yourself will override what others say about you, because God has given you authority and your life goes in the direction of your words. When you say the right words angels go to work but when you say the wrong words the enemy goes to work. Therefore, what you need to do is guard your lips and choose the right words to speak. YOU ARE BLESSED

And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham. Galatians 3:8-9 In the Old Testament you had to obey the Law of Moses in order to be blessed whereas in the New Testament, you have to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thus become the seed of Abraham. By virtue of you becoming the seed of Abraham you are blessed along with believing Abraham. Hallelujah! If the Christian is blessed then how come do so many Christian struggle. The answer is ignorance. The enemy has kept many Christians in the dark through ignorance. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. JUSTIFIED BY FAITH

Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for works of the law no flesh shall be justified. Galatians 2:16 In the Old Covenant, man was justified by the law; man needed to follow the Law of Moses to be just. Thank God that in the New Covenant, the dispensation of grace, man is justified by faith in Jesus Christ, Hallelujah! For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. John 1:17 We are in the dispensation of grace and we are no longer under the law but under grace. GOD WORKS EFFECTIVELY IN YOUR CALLING

For He who worked effectively in Peter for the apostleship to the circumcised also worked effectively in me toward the Gentiles. Galatians 2:8 Peter was called to preach the gospel to the circumcised Jews while Paul was called to preach to the uncircumcised Gentiles. However, God worked effectively in both of them. God works effectively in what He has called you to do. If you want to be great, do what God has called you to do. There is nothing on this earth you can do better than your calling. In your calling, you can display the highest form of character and excellence. You can be the best that God created you to be in your calling and not in your job. You need a daily Word from God that will set you on course every day. Getting the Word on a daily basis is a sure way to win on a daily basis. There are many decisions you need to take on a daily basis and the Word of God coupled with prayer can help you make the right decisions on a daily basis. You need the Word and the Spirit every day.
