THE POWER OF THE TONGUE

A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; from the produce of his lips he shall be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

Proverbs 18:20-21

Life and death are in the tongue. How your life goes, your well-being and your economic state are all dependent on the words that you speak every day. Your words can make you a failure or a success in life. If your life is going in the wrong direction, change your words.

He who guards his mouth preserves his life, but he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction.

Proverbs 13:3

Your words have the ability to create the desired future. When you speak, it is not just mere words. Your words go into the future and create a life that is consistent with your words. If you want to change your life, change your words. Choose life, speak life.

By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

Hebrews 11:3

The Almighty God created the world and the ages through His Word. You can also recreate or frame your life by God’s Word and words that are consistent with God’s Word. There is power inherent in your words, therefore, speak life.

Your life will go in the direction of your words. So do not talk failure or defeat. Talk success and victory. You will have what you say. Words are powerful. Your words have creative ability.

A man will be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth, and the recompense of a man’s hands will be rendered to him.

Proverbs 12:14

Thought of the day: My words have the ability to create my desired future.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for giving me the ability to change my life through my words. Thank You that Your Word teaches me the right words to speak, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

HAVING CHILDLIKE FAITH

But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14 You need childlike faith to believe the gospel and be born again. You do not do it by being analytical or weighing the options. You simply believe and receive the message that is preached. From that simple act of believing and receiving, you inherit the kingdom of heaven. In a similar fashion, when you simply believe and receive the message of prosperity, healing, divine health and all the blessings that Jesus died for you to have, you begin to walk in them. Faith arises when you know the will of God for your life and the Word of God is the will of God. The only way you will take possession of your inheritance is by having childlike faith, which comes from you being knowledgeable about the Word of God. YOU ARE NOT SEEKING THE LORD IN VAIN

I have not spoken in secret, in the dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Jacob, ‘Seek Me in vain’; I, the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right. Isaiah 45:19 When you seek the Lord, it is not because He is far from you. No, not at all because He lives in you. When you seek Him, you seek His face and His will for your life and when you seek Him you are not seeking Him in vain. When you seek Him you will find Him and His heart or His will for your life.
