INVEST FOR A BETTER FANANCIAL FUTURE
Ship your grain across the sea; after many days you may receive a return. Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight; you do not know what disaster may come upon the land.
Ecclesiastes 11:1-2 (NIV)
According to our opening Scripture, when you invest you
should diversify. So diversify your portfolio. You can invest in real estate, stocks,
commodities, mutual funds, or bonds that do well and invest in a number of
them.
Investing is risky but if you don’t take any risks in life
you will never be financially free! This is where tithing, offering and giving
to the poor comes in. When you tithe faithfully God protects your investments.
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be
food in My house, and try Me now in this, says the LORD of hosts, If I will not
open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such a blessing that
there will not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the devourer for
your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the
vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field, says the LORD of hosts; and all
nations will call you blessed, for you will be a delightful land, says the LORD
of hosts.
Malachi 3:10-12
When you give offerings God grows your investments. The more
you give, the more you receive. You always what you reap sow. However, when
give offering increase comes to your investments.
Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed
down, shaken together, and running over will put into your bosom. For with the
same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.
Luke 6:38
When you give to the poor God grows your investments. The
more you give, the more you receive. You always what you reap sow. However,
when give to the poor increase comes to your investments.
He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, and He will
pay back what He has given.
Proverbs 19:17
Thought of the day: I have to invest for a better financial
future.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for teaching me to
invest, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
