Matthew 5:13 You are the salt in your world. One of the benefits of salt is that it preserves. You preserve your world or your sphere of contact. You see if it wasn’t for believers around, things would get totally out of hand, where it would be evil continually. Thankfully, as a believer you influence your world. I would say that success that keeps you from your family and church is bad success.
