MAKING POWER AVAILABLE
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.
Ephesians 3:20
There is power that is at work in us and it is the same
power that raised Jesus from the dead. It is the power of the Holy Spirit.
The opening Scripture teaches us that God is able to do
exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to this power
of the Holy Spirit.
When you have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior you
need to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in
tongues.
Jesus told us that we shall receive power after that the
Holy Spirit has come upon us. You shall receive power after the baptism of the
Holy Spirit.
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come
upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and
Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
Acts 1:8
After you have received the Holy Spirit or the Holy Spirit
has come upon you, you need to make this power available because it is dormant.
The power is already there in you but you have to stir it up
by speaking in other tongues. When you pray in tongues, you make this power
available.
Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is
in you through the laying on of my hands.
2 Timothy 1:6
The things that you want to accomplish in life, you will be
able to accomplish them by the Spirit. God has given us the gift of speaking in
tongues and the more we speak in other tongues we make power available to win
souls, walk in the gifts of the Spirit, effect changes and fulfill our purpose.
So He answered and said to me: This is the word of the LORD
to Zerrubabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of
hosts.
Zechariah 4:6
Thought of the day: I make power available through speaking
in tongues.
Prayer: Spend time speaking in tongues.
