YOUR LIFE GOES IN THE DIRECTION OF YOUR WORDS
A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; from the produce of lips he shall be filled.
Proverbs 18:20
What others say about you is not as nearly as important as
what you say about yourself. People might say negative things concerning your
life; nevertheless, God is waiting to hear what you say about yourself.
What you say about yourself will override what others say
about you, because God has given you authority and your life goes in the
direction of your words.
When you say the right words, angels go to work, but when
you say the wrong words the enemy goes to work. Therefore, what you need to do
is guard your lips and choose the right words to speak.
He who guards his mouth preserves his life, but he who opens
wide his lips shall have destruction.
Proverbs 13:3
There is power in your words! Words have creative ability!
If you will keep saying right things concerning your life, your life will go in
the right direction.
However, if you keep saying wrong things concerning your
life, then your life will go in the wrong direction. Life goes in the direction
of your words.
Your words direct your life! You don’t have to be a victim
in life. You can change things and the miracle is in your mouth. You can speak
what you want to see. Call those things that don’t exist as though they did.
(As it is written, “I have made you a father of many
nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed – God, who gives life to the
dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.
Romans 4:17
Faith speaks and it says those things that don’t exist as
though they did. You don’t speak what you see, but you speak what you want to
see. If things were going in the wrong direction up to this point, you can
effect changes with your words.
Death and life are in the power for the tongue, and those
who love it will eat its fruit.
Proverbs 18:21
Thought of the day: My life goes in the direction of my
words.
Prayer: heavenly Father, thank You for teaching how to
change my life by speaking right words, thank You that I’m not a victim in life
but a victor, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
