BUILD YOUR LIFE ON THE WORD

Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.

Luke 6:47-48

The Word of God lives and abides forever and it never fails. When you build your life on the Word, you build your life on the solid rock and your life will endure the tests of life.

Many people build their lives on sand and at the end they are put to shame. However, those who build their lives on the Word build it on the solid rock and they will never be put to shame, that’s because the Word works.

As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust Him.

Psalm 18:30

The Word of God lets us know that nothing is new under the sun, what is happening now has happened before in some way or form. However, in the midst of all that is happening, when you build your life on the Word, you will be seen at the top. The Word will put you above and not beneath. It will make you the head and not the tail.

You can rely on God’s Word; it will not fail you. The Word of God can be trusted; it is infallible. It does not err and it does not fail. If the Word says it, that settles it, only believe. God’s Word has the final authority; it has the last say.

No one who trusts the Word can be defeated or be a failure in life. The Word will always put you over. The Word will deliver you and cause you to flourish in life. It will make you a victor and an absolute success. Go for the Word.

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple; the statutes of LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; the judgements of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them Your servant is warned, and in keeping them there is great reward.

Psalm 19:7-11

Though of the day: When I build my life on the Word, I build it on the solid rock.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for your Word that lives and abides forever. Thank You that through Your Word, You make me an overcomer, a success and a victor in life, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

WORK WITH NO OVERSIGHT

Go to the ant you sluggard! Consider her ways and be wise, which having no captain, overseer or ruler, provides her supplies in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest. Proverbs 6:6-8 When God created Adam, He gave him work. You are created to work. You have to be responsible enough to come to place where you work without oversight. Work weather you are being watched or not, work weather you have a supervisor or not. That is the wisdom that God gave the ants, they work without any supervision. Nobody has to tell you to wake up and pursue your purpose. You have to be responsible enough to do what you are supposed to do and that is maturity. SAVED BY GRACE

    For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works lest anyone should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 We are saved by grace and not by our good works. You cannot earn your salvation, no matter how many good deeds you get involved in. Salvation is a free gift of God that you receive by faith in the Lord Jesus. If salvation is a free gift of God, then why are so many people not born again? That’s because the devil has blinded them. They need our prayers so that God can move on their behalf. God does not intervene unless we ask Him to do it. We need to pray for the lost; we need to pray for souls.
