CREATED FOR GOOD WORKS

For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Ephesians 2:10

There are good works that God wants you to walk in. God wants you to be fruitful and productive. We are God’s workmanship and the sheep of His pasture. When we follow Him, He leads us to bear good fruit and produce good works. When we follow Him, we bear the fruit of the Spirit and produce good works.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23

We are created to produce good works that advance the kingdom of God. There are good works that we need to get involved in like giving to the poor, serving in the local church, planting churches, winning souls and leading many to righteousness. You also produce good works when you pursue your purpose. We have to engage in advancing the kingdom of God by bearing good fruit and producing good works.

We have to abide in Christ Jesus in order to bear good fruit and produce these good works. Jesus is our source of good fruit and good works, when we stay connected to Him, we can bear good fruit and produce good works.

 I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

John 15:5

As believers we ought to distinguish ourselves with good fruit and good works because we are the light of the world. Our good fruit and good works glorify God. They distinguish us as children of the light. Hallelujah!

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:16

Though of the day: I am the light of the world and I’m created to bear good fruit and produce good works.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that you have created me to bear good fruit and produce good works. I declare that I am fruitful and productive, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

YOU LIVE IN THE ARK

Now the flood was on the earth forty days. The waters increased and lifted the ark, and it rose high above the earth. Genesis 7:17 When the Lord destroyed the earth with the flood, there was a flood for forty days and forty nights, Noah and his family where in the ark, as the water rose, the ark rose above the waters. PRAY FOR LEADERS IN YOUR COUNTRY
