GOD’S THOUGHTS CONCERNING YOU

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Jeremiah 29:11

Beloved, you might find that you are not where you want to be or your life did not quite turn out the way you thought it would. Maybe, you are not as swift, strong or wise as you would like to be. There is hope for you and Jesus is your hope. God has good thoughts concerning you.

Taking it from our opening Scripture, God has thoughts of peace toward you; however, these thoughts are in His Word clothed in vocabulary. What you need do is to delve into the Word, because all His exceedingly great and precious promises are not on the surface. You must dig deep to take possession of them.

You need to exchange your thoughts about yourself with God’s thoughts concerning you. Whatever God says about you in His Word, let it dominate your thinking. Let the Word saturate your mind. Renew your mind with the Word of God.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Romans 12:2

Let the Word give you a new perspective. See yourself the way God sees you. Remember this, when you are born again, God is not mad at you. On the contrary, He wants to bless you. You have peace with God.

You might be saying: “you don’t know what I have done.” God knows what you have done and God is merciful to you. He still has thoughts of peace concerning you and a bright future for you. Child of God, God loves you and He wants to bless you.

How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them!

Psalm 139:17

Thought of the day: God has good thoughts concerning me.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You that You have thoughts of peace and precious thoughts concerning me, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

YOU LIVE IN THE ARK

Now the flood was on the earth forty days. The waters increased and lifted the ark, and it rose high above the earth. Genesis 7:17 When the Lord destroyed the earth with the flood, there was a flood for forty days and forty nights, Noah and his family where in the ark, as the water rose, the ark rose above the waters.
